MindReach
This initiative expands access to mental health care by offering counseling and therapy through mobile and on-site wellness centers. It serves as a critical support system for underserved communities, especially in low-income and rural areas. The service focuses on reducing stigma while providing emotional and psychological support through licensed professionals.
Wellness Program
To instill lifelong wellness habits, Healthy USA delivers school-based health education programs in more than 100 schools. These programs focus on nutrition, physical activity, and mental health awareness, equipping children and families with the knowledge and tools to make healthier lifestyle choices from an early age.
CoreFit Health Initiative
Healthy USA aims to reduce Michigan’s adult obesity rate by 10% within five years. This is achieved through comprehensive services including nutrition education, fitness programs, and early intervention screenings. Certified fitness coaches and healthcare professionals provide personalized support, while free diabetes screenings and nutritional counseling are made available to over 50,000 individuals each year via mobile units and wellness centers.
